#12 Tre Cool – Dead (RIP)
“SWL Season 14: Premier Game 3
Three wins in a row for Germany, but this was the best yet, with a victory over the Zen Adepts for the first time.
The first half saw Germany kick to the Chaos Dwarves, who caged up midfield, and muscled their way over halfway, knocking out several Rats unlucky enough to get in their way. Adept Bull Centaur, Mitra Concentration, fell trying to dodge away from Otto von Bismarck, and seriously injured. Tetsugyu Mindful eventually broke away from the cage, and the Adepts were up 1-0 with 2 turns left in the half for Germany to reply.
Germany flooded scoring options downfield, and thrower Manfred von Richthofen picked the right one in Kaiser Wilhelm, who took the catch to score. Half time, 1-1.
Germany recieved the kick in the second period, while the Adepts were the beneficiaries of a "Blitz!". The kick was out of bounds, and the ball handed to the Kaiser again, this time in heavy traffic midfield. Klaus Barbie opened up the hole, and Wilhelm was away again, scoring untouched under the posts. 2-1, and Germany's turn to kick off again, this time with some perfect Skaven defence. The Adepts were smothered by the Rats, and once again the furry fiends flew downfield, Kaiser Wilhelm scooped up the ball, dodged a desperate Hobgoblin tackle, and scored his, and Germany's, third touchdown, 3-1. Germany then broke early off the next kick off, scorching downfield and scored through- you guessed it- Kaiser Wilhelm, making it a staggering 4-1. The Kaiser had one more left in him, scoring in the dying stages to make it 5-1, the most scored against the famed Zen Adept defence in the team's history, and a mind blowing personal performance.
When the game was done, and German celebrations well under way, someone brought it to the Coach's attention that rookie Linerat Tre Cool had died some time during the game. "Who?", was the reply. Apparently Tre will neither be missed, nor remembered.

3 votes- #15 Tetsugyu Mindful: Scored the Adepts' TD, and got 2 casualties. A big problem for most teams, and we hear he just got bigger...
2 votes- #3 Roshi Speech: Up & comer for the Adepts, fought well, and will only get better with experience.
1 vote- #9 Lung-t'an: Didn't play as well as we all know he can, but was on the field more than Disciple Shariputra, so he gets the points.”

It started well, 1-0 up, then 1-1 at half time. Then the expected 1-2. Throwing caution to the wind didn't really help... 1-3.. and the rest is a blur.. here's hoping the boys feel srested after this dismal performance and can rebounde next week.
And here's hoping someon beats those damned rats!!!!
