This is the reliable roster. 3 re-rolls is always a good starting point. Plus you have 1 Blitzer style player and 1 player for ball handling, while it is short on positionals the bulk of your team is Av8 so you should be able to protect the 2 you do have reasonably well and buy more positionals in time.

This starting roster is a little riskier, however you do start with 2 of your best players and you have 2 Block which should help mitigate some of the risk.

This starting roster is the riskiest. You start with 4 of your lowest Av players, no block and only 2 re-rolls. However with 4 players with natural P access getting leader after 2 games or even 1 shouldn't be hard. This is the roster for ballers. While it is the most unique starting roster its probably not the most effective.
