Starting roster options are limited as they are with all Elf teams. 2 re-rolls should be enough to get going. You can develop a Sister into a leader caddy early on if you feel it is needed. Starting with 2 Block players gives you good reliability Blocking, just use your re-rolls wisely. Stand Firm also gives you positional superiority. Just be careful not to let your maidens get hit too often as you do not start with an Apothecary.

The baller option: Swapping a Handmaiden for a Sister means Passing and Catching is a really good offensive option. But you sacrifice a Block, Stand Firm player to achieve this which makes your defence weaker, and decreases the chance of getting 2 Blodge players very quickly. The only other advantage this roster has is starting with 3 dedicated fans, which makes saving up for everything else a little easier.
