This roster drops the 4th Big Un Blocker for the security of a re-roll and quicker gold generation. Due to dedicated fans affecting winnings using your remaining 30k from this build should generate you more money quicker. You will likely have your apothecary after game one and 4th Big Un Blocker after game 2 or at the worst 4. An apothecary and Big Un Blocker combine to cost 140k in winnings.
If you chose to start with all 4 Big Un Blockers and 2 rerolls you will need to spend 120k of winnings just to buy the third Re-roll, 170k for the apothecary and a 12th orc for 220k total. You also generally have lower winnings over the first few games before dedicated fans normalize.
I chose to go without a thrower to maximize dedicated fans, maximize spp on the Blitzers, and to maximize AV10+. This will make 2 and 3 turn scores more difficult, but will ensure that your Blitzers level faster. If you feel like you can afford missing a Blitzer on offense carry on him and if not carry an orc lineman. Orc Linemen will be taking random General skills anyway so one of them will pick up Sure Hands and their animosity does not stop handing off to a Blitzer.
This roster is the opposite of the above and goes for the 4th Big Un Blocker for overpowering opponents with strength. Unfortunately you do have to take a Goblin, rather than the third Lineorc, for the last player. You will want to buy an extra lineman quickly and then the Troll.
We carry on ignoring the Orc Thrower due to Animosity.
The Orc Thrower is probably the worst thrower in the game, but he's still a Thrower and gives you some options. The economics are rough and you have to skimp somewhere to afford him. Since the Blitzers and Big Uns are essential for Orcs, we're dropping a reroll. It's not all bad, Sure Hands might save you a reroll, and eventually he'll get Leader.
This takes you to 965k. To finish off, either get 3 Dedicated fans for more cash early on, or you can get to 12 players by dropping a Lineman for two Goblins.
It needs to be said that the passing game is definitely not the core strength of an Orc team. You want your Blitzers to score and skill up, and passing should be plan B or C when nothing else is working. But since you won't otherwise even have a plan B or C until you get a Troll, just having the option to pass can make your team more balanced and flexible.
Start with a Troll and the Throw Teammate option from game 1! Many starting teams will struggle to deal with all the Strength you can pile onto the Line of Scrimmage with four Big Uns and a Troll, which is good, because we've traded our solid, tough Orc Linemen for faster but much more fragile Goblins. Still, we've gained some speed and mobility, the Troll is a great roadblock and battering ram when he isn't going stupid or causing turnovers, and every once in a while, the Throw Teammate play can change the course of a match.
