Skilling Snotlings

Snots are a fantastic team, mostly because you can always play them vs other rookie teams with your S5 MB hitters and bombs and 2+ dodge everywhere, but, even when developed to quite a high TV, can still hold their own with good skill choices.

Don't underestimate the positional players either, with far more room for advancement.

Trained Trolls

  • Primaries: (Brawler) Guard, Stand Firm, (Break Tackle, Grab) or random S.
  • Secondary: (early random G) Block, Pro, Tackle

Pump Wagons

  • Primaries: Guard, (Brawler), Break Tackle
  • Secondary: (Block), Tackle

Fungus Flingers

  • Primaries: (Leader), Safe Pass, or random P

Stilty Runners

  • Primaries: Sure Feet, (Catch), Diving Tackle
  • Secondary: Sure Hands, Block, or random G
  • Stats: MA 8 on your primary carrier, AG 2+ if you can get it

Fun Hoppers

  • Primaries: Diving Tackle
  • Secondary: random G

Snotling Linemen

  • Primaries: Diving Tackle or random A
  • Secondary: random G or as Stilty Runners if you don't use them.

Due to the low replacement costs, random skills can be stacked high on the cheaper players, trying for perfect combos like Wrestle-Dauntless-Strip Ball, or just landing a Kicker, a Dirty Player or two (farmed up to Sneaky Git), or any number of skills that for 20k a pop are maybe worth one less bribe now and then.

Choosing Agility skills to fit your random General can also bring great success.

If you play them at very low CTV, without most of the positions, random A skills on the linemen can work out well, with Diving Tackle, Jump Up, Catch, and Sure Feet / Sprint at 10k each more useful against the other typical tiny teams.
