Bear in mind that no skills or stats will protect a Thrall who is bitten from being injured. So the more you skill them, the more TV can be taken off the pitch by your own team
Best skill on a Thrall is Kick. Either save for your first Thrall to buy it at 6spp, or roll random Generals and hope. If you have a 20k Kick and then roll it as a 10k random, fire the 20k one (or put it on the LOS to die)
When rolling random Generals on Thralls you're looking for: Kick, Wrestle, Block, Dirty Player. - Ok: Pro, Tackle, Fend. - Don't keep: Dauntless, Frenzy, Shadowing, Strip Ball, Sure Hands
Plan towards either Juggernaut or Block to make them more reliable. Juggernaut is quicker to get, but Block is better overall.
Next consideration is Mighty Blow, and it's important for skillup speed. Block then Mighty Blow is safer and increases protection, but Mighty Blow then Block is 40% quicker.
After you have both, add Strength skills to suit
The best skills for all the Vampires is probably: Block, Dodge, Pro, Side Step. The order you prioritise these varies with your playstyle and preferences
2 factors at play here. 1) Do you take Pro and/or Leader, or lots of team Rerolls? 2) Do you stay at low/mid TV size, or do you grow the team large?
If you wish to grow the team large, the Vampire players can have more useful skills and +stats in their 6 skill slots if you don't take Pro or Leader and instead take more Rerolls
