Special rules for this team
To keep things simple I have given the Cyborcs M access. Each Mutation represents a cybernetic upgrade as follows -

Rationale
The reason this team exists at all is because 2 Cyborc players were available in 2nd edition Blood Bowl. There was also a playable team in Blood Bowl Magazine 12. This roster is based on both, to some extent. Though it has been simplified so no house rules are needed, and also changed slightly to give them a fun/unique play style.
First of all I decided rather than have special rules using mutations as a stand in for Bionic Upgrades was a straight forward choice, each mutation representing an upgrade. I also did away with the Secret Weapon addition when getting bionic upgrades as we currently do not have secret weapon rolls any more.
The Linemen are just basic Orcs with M access added.
The Thrower was based on the famous Cyborc star player Greaser Geargrinder. To be clear this is based on his original 2nd edition incarnation. He later turned in to a very boring Blocker type player. In 2nd edition Greaser was an Orc Thrower with Bionic upgrades which made him extremely good at a number of things, he had skills that are easily translatable in to HMP and strong arm combo that Bazooka and Blunderbuss players are given to represent their ball firing guns, in this case though it is a mechanical arm giving him the skills. I kept the stat line of a standard Orc thrower through, with Sure Hands too, as I felt it was good to show this was an Orc Thrower that has already been given a mech arm for throwing the ball anywhere. I removed pass though, as while the Mech arm is great for throwing the ball anywhere it is not necessarily as accurate, at least not until they have learned to master it (in which case the player will have taken Pass when skilling up). Greaser also had very high Movement and heroic Leap, but I felt these are skills that are there because he is a Star player and wouldn't be found on the Rookie version of this player type.
Once this player had been added I felt it made sense tht the team would be quite thrower centric in some way. Greaser Geargrinder is the inspiration behind the whole team essentially. So next I added Goblin catchers in which are basically translations of 2nd edition Goblin Catchers, who were from the same era as Greaser. This gave the team a fun and offbeat play style. The Cyborc throwers grab the ball and launch it down field while the Cyorbcs try and Block the opposition, leaving the Goblins to run through their legs diving in to the end zone to catch the ball.
Finally I added a Chainsaw player as the only other model was a nameless Cyborc player with a chainsaw for an arm. I made him a St4 Blocker type player as a little nod to the 3rd edition version of Greaser Geargrinder, and also gave him the name Geargrinder, as I felt it was a good tribute and a very cool sounding name for a Orc player with a chainsaw arm.
