This will be the format for most starting rosters, Earth is just the chosen element here. 3 re-rolls will serve you for the life of the team (air with leap spam may want a couple more), and you start out with the Incarnate elemental to give the team some punch. Each of the 3 off elementals will serve as positionals for the team, while the primary element serves as linemen. you start out with 1 reserve, so building a bench will not be difficult unless you take significant early losses. you could alternatively drop the reserve and take a 4th re-roll, and would be 10k short of your 1st reserve player.
