My 2 Cents on Cheater Gobbos
As far as my (admittedly low) experience with goblin cheater goes, I have found this team to be THE stalling stunty team.
Since after each TD you are bound to see some of your players kicked off the game by the referee, you need to trim out the opponent's team real hard to mantain the odds in your favour.
First thing: never, NEVER choose to receive if you win the coin toss. You may put the fanatics on the line of scrimmage (they can't be blocked) so you are able to stand on the receiving end of the hurt in the first round and still minimize the damage.
The reason for this is that receiving on the first turn means you get to do the last turn of the 1st half and then you can score (if you are able to, that is) without having to do another kickoff before the 2nd half (and so one less roll to see if your players are banned from the game).
Capitalize your cheaters. Use your bombers against big guys and low agility players. Blitz with your chainsaws and make at least a foul each half (using your kickers). And most of all, never have pity! Keep always in mind that you are likely to see many of your players banned so each one of them has to take down AT LEAST an opponent to even up the odds.
If at all possible don't score in a turn of the first half other than the last one. Protect your cheaters but don't be afraid to use them... a chainsaw cowering far from the action is simply a lump of matter waiting to be banned.
