So many choices, you probably want to mix it up for each Marauder.

1st normal skill: Guard, Block, Wrestle, Leader, Extra Arms, Horns.

2nd normal skill: If not already Block or Wrestle, take one now. Mighty Blow for "bashers".

3rd normal skill: Mighty Blow / Claw for "bashers".

1st doubles skill: Ignore it, or possibly Side Step or Jump Up.

Take any stat increases.
