A roster that can do a bit of everything. Bash? Tick. Speed? Tick. Passing? Tick. TTM? Tick. Reserve? Tick. Only two rerolls are included, but since they start with a lot of basic skills, half the players are loners and rerolls are expensive you should probably learn a style of play that doesn't overly rely on rerolls anyway. The halfling is included mostly for fun, but if he manages to foul out your opponents best player he is well worth his 30K...
