3 Re-rolls should be enough to get by, you don't have a deep bench though so once your Secret Weapons get sent off you will be down to 10, you can swap the Bomber out for a 2nd instead if you wish. Just save up for some reserves, the missing secret weapon and your final Stalker and you have your full roster.
