Background
Unlike the rest of Khemri, Numas is inhabited by humans. Situated to the far east of Khemri thousands of miles from the last bastion of humanity in the continent Araby. No one knows quite how this accord was stuck between the Araby humans of Numas and the Khemri, but they live in symbiotic harmony. The humans go about their daily lives, working the fields, maintaining the city whilst the Khemri stand guard at the entrance to the conurbation and over its many temples.

When Blood Bowl was rediscovered and The World embraced the game - the teams from this area combined both the undead and living members of their society to form their teams. Mixing both Skeletons and Tomb Guardians of Khemri with the Bedouin and Dervishes of Araby to form an unlikely alliance that was unseen throughout The World. Though not as powerful as Khemri or as fast and skilful as Araby the mix of both nations found in Numas forms a winning partnership with a great balance that is not found in any other teams from the continent. Numas teams are slowly building up a strong following and Spike Magazine has tipped them for great things in the future.

Rationale
Numas is a city in Khemri that is inhabited by humans who are loyal subjects of the Tomb Kings of the region. They are not led by a Shiek or protected by palace guards of Eunuch Mountain like the typical Araby city. Instead they are protected by the Khemrian army that never sleeps.

After taking this all in to consideration it was obvious I was looking at a Khemri Araby cross. Removing the Blitz and Throw Ra's from Khemri teams, and removing the Shiek and Eunuchs from the Araby teams. The roster allows you to take either standard Skeletons as linemen or the Araby Bedouin. I only allowed 2 Tomb Guardian in this roster as the increased Ma and Ag that the Araby players bring to the table would make them potentially too good if they were still allowed 4, also I have removed Decay from the Tomb Guardians as I firmly believe adding this negatrait was a poor decision by the BBRC and Khmeri teams in this league will also have Decay removed. Finally the Dervishes were included as well as these elite warriors of Araby are also loyal to the Tomb Kings of the region and in service to them.

Season 2 Changes
Numas only played 60 games with a win percentage of around 60%. This high, but its not enough games to draw any conclusions. In round robin leagues they have been performing okay. No Numas team has won any league tournaments so far and anecdotally no one has felt them too weak or too strong. The main reason for the low number of games for this team is the special rule does not work in the open division, though CIBBL and BIBBL have it working as it should.

Season 3
Only 55 games played this year, again in excess of 60% win record. this certainly isn't a popular roster, probably because its special rule does not work outside of round robin private leagues. Although there haven't been enough games played with this roster I am still happy to lock it in, as it certainly does not feel like a tier zero roster as the limited stats would suggest. The roster is also playing in a number of private leagues and performing without issue. When designed this was expected to be a tier 1.5 roster.
