2 Re-rolls is a a little risky, but you want 4 blitzers so you can skill them up asap which in turn increases the odds of getting a double which is all important to the rosters success. Two throwers could be cut back by 1 so you have some money ready to buy an apothecary after game 1. Though starting with two just gives you a little more security in case 1 gets injured.
3 rerolls is what you need in longer run, apotechary and extra player will help against erosion. You can only protect 5 positionals so why have more in starting team.
