Fumbbl users have the ability to create individual Rulesets, which they can then apply to a League that they have created. You can also apply someone else's Ruleset to your League.
To see the rulesets that you have created and create a new Ruleset, click here: https://fumbbl.com/p/ruleset.
Choose the name carefully, as you can't change it later!
The options are pretty self explanatory then:
General settings.
Team Progression: standard means getting gold, injurites etc as normal Skill Progression: predetermined means you choose the skills you get Skills:
You put some code in this box, of the format ROUND:XNYD,ROUND:XNYD e.g.
0:2N5D,2:1N2D means that at the beginning you get 2 Normal, 5 Double, then for round 2 you get a further 1 Normal, 2 Double.
Stat increases have to be done manually by the League Commissioner, by clicking on an individual player and clicking "Edit Skills".
If your tournament/league has Tiers, on the rosters tab of your Ruleset you need to set the tiers; those are then used in the skill settings tab so that each tier of skill settings is between | marks, from 0 on up for each |, for instance: 0:0N1D|0:6N0D|0:8N1D|0:5N5D| means tier 0 gets 1 double at game 0, tier 1 gets 6 normals at game 0, tier 2 gets 8 normals and 1 double at game 0, and tier 3 gets 5 normal and 5 double at game 0.
You can't set different treasury starts for them, the site doesn't support it, but you can have them leave spare cash in the treasury, then league admin can remove it when they check the teams.
Choose which skills you want to be included. Piling On is a noticeable one here.
Worth ticking "allow the same player to play for both teams" on this page.
Choose the rosters. You can add extras by clicking "Add Existing Roster". Khorne are listed as "Daemons of Khorne".
You can also create your own rosters.
After you have created your ruleset, it's probably a good idea to create a league that uses the ruleset. To do this, make a note of your ruleset ID. It will be in the url when you click on the ruleset you have created - go to https://fumbbl.com/p/ruleset to find it.
On your homepage, click "Create a New Group"
Change "Group Type" to League, and then the "Ruleset ID" box will appear. Put the number in there. Change the status to "Recruiting", and fill in the other boxes if you feel like it. Then when you have created the League it will appear on your homepage. If you click on it then you will see a "Create a Team for this League" option, which will allow you to create a team using that ruleset.
Teams using the same ruleset should be able to play against each other, even if they are not in a league or tournament.
You can find a list of the rulesets up to about 900 here: https://fumbbl.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=30556&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=6. If one of those suits, you should be able to use it in your league, if they have ticked the box.
