Skinks are the quickest stunty race over all and tend towards elf like (but no passing) game. Run-hand off-run and you'll probably have left your opponents far behind! Raptors are your main hitters: Excellent surfers, decent against BGs too (though risky). They'll pretty soon have block which in combination with dodge and sidestep make them hard to take down. They are however expensive and fragile so use them with care. Your other trick for getting rid of opponent is the adepts poisoned dagger. Its most useful the 1st time it breaks armour each drive (auto KO instead if stun). Like the raptors he is expensive and rather fragile if his dagger fails to penetrate AV though. Your main bulk are skinks (lower speed in S) which are excellent linetroops for S, though somewhat more expensive then most such players. They are flexible enough to both serve on the LoS and take more active roles if needed. Finally you have the cheeper Whiptails, with lower ST but higher move and Sidestep. Good ball retrievers due to higher speed and most usefull near the sidelines where they can draw your enemy into surf position.
Tactics wise I recommend trying to aim for your opponents stunties and taking them out 1 at a time. Other low AV key players could also be good targets. However try to avoid BGs if you can and dont leave more players to be blocked then necessary.
Skinks dont have a TTM option but with high speed+frenzy+opponents with dodge chainpush TDs should be possible.
