2 re-rolls is a bit risky, but with only 2 Strigoi and 6 Ghouls you should be able to manage your Bloodlust reasonably well. You also have 12 players so the inevitable injury of a Ghoul or 2 shouldn't be too much of a problem. You could drop the extra Zombie though and just have some money left over to get saving for more re-rolls asap.
