3 Re-rolls should be enough for a starter Vampire team and you have more than enough Thralls to get by. Lahmian vampires also start with Dodge which should mean you require less re-rolls straight away. I would save up for an apothecary next then a 4th re-roll and 4th Vampire before I started worrying about investing in a bench.
