1st doubles skill: Dodge
2nd doubles skill: Sidestep

If Dodge: Block preferred as normal skill

If +AG: Sure Hands preferred as normal skill

Vampires

1st normal skill: Dodge
2nd normal skill: Block
3rd normal skill: Side Step
Later normal skills: Pro, Mighty Blow, Guard

1st doubles skill: Stand Firm
Utility doubles skill: Frenzy

If Stand Firm: Not Side Step (and vice versa)

If +AG: Leap preferred as normal skill (after Dodge and Block); then Strip Ball
If +ST: Block taken before Dodge as normal skill
