Ok, no automatic way means we should go ahead and repost bugs to the bug tracking. Looking forward to see bugs get fixed in Kalimars usual rate. |

Also added PM notifications for when a bug is marked as resolved.
The idea is that the person who reports a bug should verify the fix and either close or reopen the bug. |

Great with the PM notifications.
Bad thing is i cannot mark my bugs as either closed or reopened even though i got a PM about that.
Edit: This issue with the closing is fixed now. Great work. once again. |

I think that is a great improvement!
I have another suggestion, that's been posted elsewhere, already and it's only fairly related to
this thread, but: I think it would be great to have a way to play a game vs. oneself - that way we would
be able to re-test possibly fixed bugs and either confirm them resolved or re-new them as still
persisting bugs.
I think this would:
1. provide for much more systematical testing
2. having a much higher rate of confirmed resolved bugs since it's much harder to retest a specific bug
when you're in a "real" game-situation (who would like to re-test a failed standfirm-chain-crowd-push
in an actual game on purpose? )
Of course this would mean to provide some way to disable team-result-uploading, or better yet to
auto-disable that when a coach's team plays vs. another team of the same coach.
I know this would probably mean adjustments to the client as well as to the site, but maybe that pays
off fairly quickly as the (confirmed) bugfixing-rate could be much higher.
A nice side-effect would be to enable new-d5-coaches to get used to the new client easier. |
