Hello all,

Two 'Angry Man' articles down now in issues 11 and 12, just wondering if it's something to continue with, or if it's something that doesn't really have a home in the GLN.

I liked it, and clearly a lot of work has gone into it. I vote stay angry!

But are Halflings cool or uncool? It seems that you couldn't make up your mind in the article!

Also yes keep it going, it was a funny read.

I liked the previous one a little more, mainly because you ripped in to U2 if my memory serves me. But also because it was a more general rant.

Maybe your next rant could be about people claiming fummbl is an unfriendly place in various other sites that have gone dramtically down hill in recent years Cool

Flings - Uncool! The brackets were the general community feelings.

I have other subjects to rant upon in more of an issue 11 way Garion, I agree that direction is the way (the Cool Wall was a bit of a special). I think if I did the particular rant you mention, some wouldn't see it in the tongue in cheek manner it was meant in! Wink

a bit anglo-centric in some places, but loved the american sit com line, and generally a decent read, would work just as well without the clarkson stuff.

Angry Man is always a highlight in the GLN. I love it.

(But of course, nothing is perfect, and here it was calling the classic 2nd Ed teams like Pro Elves, Slann etc. "new ideas" - that's why Pro and High Elves need to changes places in the coolness Smile. ... LRB6 has gone back to the roots more, not only to 2nd Ed: Nurgles look more like they did in 1st Ed)

With the death of Gary Moore and following that of Stephen Gately, that is now two Irish musicians that have died in Spain recently.
