Hey, I'm new and looking forward to getting involved.

I am here to have fun and a laugh but to ultimately improve my game, to be a spectator do you have to ask one of the players for the password? and if so, are people cool about giving you it

nope just click spectate and away you go. you might have to enter your fumbbl password to spectate I cant remember Confused

[A]cademy division is still using the old ruleset and the old software.

You are probably better off starting in the [L]eague division until [A]cademy switches over. (Soon I hope)

More seriously, Joejoe, if you want to connect to a game to spectate, as has already been said, you use your own password. There's no (good) reason why you'd want anyone elses password.
