Hi All,
I wrote a simple utility which is basically a button in the bookmars bar in your browser that can generate a random name for a player:
It's nothing complicated, but I found it handy so thought I could share it 
If you would like to give it a try:
* Go here: http://roante.github.io/fumbbl-namegen/
* Drag the boxed fumbbl-namegen text into your bookmark bar.
* In Fumbbl when buying a new player, open the URL address in a new tab.
* Click on the button and enjoy your new random name
I tried it under the recent versions of Opera, Chrome and Firefox so it should work. Feel free to have any comments if it's not working as expected or at all

I can't get it to work in chrome, the bookmarks doesn't show in the popup...
EDIT: :doh: I can't read lol |

Yeah, unfortunately in the popup the menu is disabled explicitly by the FUMBBL site (menubar=no parameter). The sole exception is Opera in which it works w/o having to copy & paste the address. |

maybe file a ticket to the admin with this and they can pass it on to christer, he may be able to add it to the name window on site? |

mmmm i can not even get the book mark tool bar lol
sorted that but no idea how to get this to work

yes found it had to right click and select it all sorted now and it works a charm. |

The picture is not accessible via a secure channel (https), hence it doesn't show. Best way to solve it would be to just upload it on FUMBBL as well and link to that version.

elves, orcs, chaos, undead, dorfs etc

Where do the names come from and are they race based depending on the team you're naming for? i.e. Orc names for Orc teams? |

I suspect that if Christer wanted us to have random names for players, we would already have them. =) |
