Seems a bit late given the fact that the project is already under way. |

It is.
I tried a LRB 4 approach (big mistake) by going all linemen for the initial setup. I thought if I developed the linemen, they'd be better off. And, what a big mistake. Since your linemen are going to be Jmen for the most part, this was a horrible idea. So we lost the majority of the 1st 20 games.
It's been pretty much 50/50 once we got some positionals, or maybe a little better.
I'm also not the best with them |

Yes playing Woodies is easy mode. You can find teams with losing records for any race.
Also remember most people would have retired that Woodie team at various points in its history and it started with a crazy build.

Jimmy, are you saying when we were fielding 7 or 8 Jmen, others would have retired the team? Nonsense! |

The really important questions are:
Have you enjoyed it so far?
Has it changed your perception or given you any different insight into the box, the community or the game? |

Nothing wrong with playing 4 Linemen and 7 Journeymen in a match |

@King_Ghidra:
1) I have had some fun, for sure!
2) I have played A LOT of games. With that said, I can't really say that it has changed my perception. I would say that I enjoy 98% of the coaches that I play. I find that if you start up the chat, they usually respond & the fun ensues.
I've always disliked playing vs. silent coaches. I have even played some that couldn't chat in game, so we PM'd each other
@Jimmy Nice! (But Duke is way better than me) |
