Looks like the business end of the season could be hot in the Premiership.
Isla de Baish Blitz look like they started thier sprint with a 1/3/1 record, so have the potential to add a further 9 points to their current 43.
The mighty Worst Than Formerly started with a pair of losses so can also improve from their 45 points with another 6 points on offer.
The Widow's Sons have collected another pair of wins since the end of their sprint, so appear to have a stretch of 2/2/2 ahead of them, meaning they could theoretically add 10 points on top of their current 47 points.
The tired old Sons of Brutus are even in a position to improve, with a 0/1/2 stretch at the beginning of their season offering a potential 8 points on top of their 43.
This all suggests our top of the table Average Mediocrity are going to have to consider improving on a 2/1/2 stretch to lift their 47 points, with the possibility of grabbing a further 7 points.
Every game will matter, every contest will be hard fought, every mirror match will be ruthless. |

Great post. I found myself nervously speccing human games, and with the competion coming real close it's time to go out on the pitch once more. No sitting back in this one! Improving the 2/1/2 will be a tall order. |

I'm on the fence about this. The Widow's Sons are in excellent condition for the upcoming Black Cup but they have a good shot at the HLP title too. Decisions... |

You don't want to be a Carthaginian blitzer! It's like an abattoir round here...

Had a lucky streak with 7 consecutive wins.
I don't feel safe there, yet, but I have a bit of room for improvement given the Sprint start is 2/0/2.
Trying hard to match the 5 SoB titles, 3 HLC and 2 HLP vs 1 HLC and 4 HLP. |

Scores update
So, despite all the teams in range for the HLP title, it seems no one is dare enough to challenge Average Mediocrity lead. Come on, just a few days remaining!
In the meanwhile, a lucky streak of the VTS put them on the lead on the Conference side.
First three Premiership positions:
1. Average Mediocrity - 47 points (9/4/3)
2. Widow's Sons - 47 points (9/4/3)
3. Isla de Baish Blitz - 45 points (9/2/5)
First three Conference positions:
1. Vault Tec Squad - 56 points (12/4/0)
2. Challenged Contenders - 53 points (11/4/1)
3. Average Superhero Team - 52 points (12/0/4) |

Final Scores
Twelve Sprints completed is something to be remembered and cdassak top the crew to lead the Widow's Son to their first Premiership title. He got it with a last time effort that left Average Mediocrity and their coach, Timetis, with an harsh second place. More so because Timetis was looking for a new kind of double, but in the end the old Vault Tec Squad were able to squeeze a streak to get the Conference title in the face of Challenged Contenders.
The Black Cup is coming...
I know, I say it every time, but we'll be finally able to unforlon humanity?
For once, don't care about the HLP, just get in shape and take it by sheer numbers!

Second best twice, does that equal one win?
Maybe next season... |
