Season 25 is underway, offering a new opportunity for those brave souls amongst us to test themselves. Will we see a new name join the ranks of champions, or will one of the old guard return to claim another Conference or Premiership title?
How many will take on the Human XFL over in R? Will the Black Cup also distract from this season's sprints as teams get ready and are then shelved until the tournament kicks off? Will these factors allow the title to be taken with a sub 50 point score? |

Speaking of which, I'd like your inputses.
This uber blitzer just rolled doubles. Basically: Dodge or Jump Up?
Simultaneously the thrower just got his 4th normal skill. Do I spend time figuring out what to give him or simply put him on the minmax bus bound for retire? |

On another note, apart from a Lizpocalypse a couple of games ago, my motley crew of stat busts and loners is off to a positive start. If it keeps up we may not need an Ogre after all.
Somehow I think it will all be academic anyway as we will probably never amass that much cash! |

Heh, the Kick skill is for the thrower, and yes you should keep him. The box will fix the problem when it's good and ready |

Aha! I thought you were taking the piss.
I don't field the thrower on defense. Prefer an extra fodder lino instead.
I'm thinking of HMP for when im low on numbers with the thrower and the lightning quick catcher left. could stretch the opposition quite a bit. what do you think? |

I enjoy HMP. I think it's good fun. If you'd gone diving catch on the catcher it might have even been a playable strategy 1 in 10 games or so. As a stand alone skill I think it works best on defense, when you get a turnover ball but can't protect it you can fling it downfield away from your endzone.
Accurate would support the OTTD attempts, as well as improve the plan C passing strategy. |

Block, accurate, leader are my first 3 go-to picks for human throwers. He won't likely be throwing much but when he does, a 2+ rr is far better than a 3+ rr. |

b]Scores update[/b]
There are some well known names around in the top three, but the season really started at slow pace...
Maybe most teams are just hiding for the upcoming Black Cup? The only active ones seem the rebuilding franchises...
First three Premiership positions:
1. Vault Tec Squad - 51 points (11/3/1)
2. Äkta Människor - 10 points (2/1/0)
3. Bayernhoff Bengals - 9 points (1/2/1)
First three Conference positions:
1. Bayernhoff Bengals - 27 points (5/2/3)
2. Sons of Brutus - 24 points (3/3/6)
3. Averland Black Bears - 24 points (4/2/4) |
