Scores update
All human teams seem stuck in the 100 tavern tour to spec and cheer for the Red Corsair, so not much happening in the HLP...
First three Premiership positions:
1. Vault Tec Squad - 53 points (11/4/1)
2. Italo Disco Kings BBL - 33 points (6/4/1)
3. Challenged Contenders - 18 points (2/3/4)
First three Conference positions:
1. Averland Black Bears - 48 points (10/2/4)
2. Sons of Brutus - 41 points (7/4/5)
3. Challenged Contenders - 34 points (6/3/4)
And now straight to the Black Cup to get a Major in the Box too! |

Some great form from our mighty leader sees him take top spot in the conference as well as the premiership. I'm hoping for a thing that shall remain nameless in fear of jinxing it. Go the mighty Vault Tec Squad!
In other news the Sons of Brutus appear to have ended their second sobbing and have been playing premiership level games, collecting a net 3.07 million of inducements over 11 games.
As much as I'd like to push for another million to bring in 4 mil for the season it looks like they are ready to go fat, so we might actually go backwards on a net basis as we look to finish our sprint. |

Decent result in the Conference, yes, but not enough to keep it 'till the end (it's even below my Premiership score), so I doubt we'll see the second Double in HLP history.
And having a sprint in the Conference means the VTS will be in really poor shape for the upcoming Black Cup. In any case, the VTS will be in, as I swore to play all Majors with them. |

Breaking news
With an impressive last dash, the Sons of Brutus take the lead of the HLP off the Vault Tec Squad. The Premiership masters are back again! |

Final Scores
What a strange season it was... Yes, summer seasons have low participants (only 5 Sprints completed), but this one was a twisted one.
After half of the season, the second Double in HLP history was expected, this time from the Vault Tec Squad, but Nuffle had different plans. In July, a couple of teams emerged with really strong winning streak, the Sons of Brutus in the Premiership and Le retour des sales gosses in the Conference. In the end, the SoB were able to grab their fifth title in the HLP, despite a tie score, thanks to their TV greatness and to the Nuffle (or Oenar... O_o) hand, while the VTS kept the HLP lead, where Le retour des sales gosses would have been a more fitting winner, missing the title only because they didn't finish the sprint.
So, for the third time in HLP history, a season ends with the concurrent win of the SoB (in the HLP) and the VTS (in the HLC), like Seasons 15 and 18.
Have a nice, crazy, summer, like HL Season 25!

Im actually quite pleased with my humans, 24 conference points in 6 games, 12 TDs for, 1 TD against and a Cas difference of +10.
Was good fun. I'm gonna see if I can improve on that anc finish the sprint next season |

Turn 8. Worth watching at normal speed. |
Surely a cleverly planned play when the blitzer first threw the ball. |

As mentioned in metabox chat, I'd go grab with an aim to trying to improve my use of the skill - that's a personal thing you might not need to consider.
