Sounds like a marketing issue. Need more visibility and a way that coaches are prompted to ask the faculty perhaps?

How about match reports, including a link to the faculty as well? Could be just a generic message.

Does anybody have the welcome new coaches message as it is now? I would volunteer to draft a suggestion to the admin team that includes more info if needed (would post it here for discussion, native speaker corrections first)
