Hey, I am just wondering if there is a faster way to find opponents for random ranked games than just using the "Gamefinder", as I am finding that it just sits there "Looking for games.." "Searching.."
for hours
and maybe it finds one opponent, so I click the green Check-Mark...and then it just sits there with the spinning wheel, again....
Is this the best way to find opponents/games in Ranked?
(Or should I be playing in a different Division? League?)
Or should I be using the IRC Chat to find opponents?
Cheers |

Finding a League in the groups section would do nice for regular weekly/bi-weekly games.
Going on IRC works great as well, https://fumbbl.com/chat.php through COMMUNITY >> Chat if you don't have an IRC program; here you can just ask around.
Certain times of the day tend to be slow for new teams as even with coaches online there is a TV range based on how many games a team has played. this slowly expands until your team hits 30(?) games and you can challenge any TV team that also has a large number of games played.
But yeah, its a bit slow at first! Keep trying! |

It is the best way but can take a while nowa days TBH. A lot of coaches play in the other options so there has been from what I see a dilution in the number of coaches in the ranked division. Also Irc is a lot less active than it was so that has become a less effective way but not totally so.
Stick with it as Lorebass says and join some of the Leagues. |

Welcome to FUMBBL! I'll have a team on that you can play later tonight if you're still up. What part of the world are you in? |

I think two main obstacles for you are the play time and that you only have new teams as of now.
Obviously people aren't starting over new all the time... |
