In your support tickets:
1)Please provide relevant and detailed information when filling out a support ticket. The less relevant the information given is the less usefull it is, the less detailed the more we have to check back with you. Both increases workload for us, and make you wait longer until the case is resolved.
2)if it is a game that needs to be validated, the score, the cas and the teams involved please.
3) if it was someone who disconnected, who it was, their team, your team, and how long it has been, if you play on with your team report that and if they returned and finished the game please notify us.
4) others will come if i think of it |

Got this msg then I tried to log in (Account login Valorion) :
Your account has been disabled because the administrators need you to get in touch with them.
The following reason has been supplied: Too many games against the same opponents
Have not been playing for some time tho and wanted to get back to a nice game.
Posted it in #FumbblAdmin and also made a post here if no reply on chat. |

Can some one help me please Iam trying to fill in a support ticket because someone dropped their game against me when I was winning and about to score another  . Can you tell me how to fill it out and what does URL mean. Please help as I can't play with my only ranked team until this is sorted. Chappy24 |

In the menu you'll find 'Support'. Press it. Choose the right topic. Fill out the form. Click 'Submit'. Violá!
This takes time... Start another team... |
