I have left my home pc on and used a remote connection to spec games which is great. Trying to play games is very bad though. |

I've never dug so deep inside android, but from the folders and files looked like a linux-like OS stripped of most things to me.
I suppose one could work his way from that - but I am aware that processor architecture is something not to be frowned upon. I suppose you can't compile java from the source for the ARM architecture, right? |

i got a windows tablet (linx 7) with 7" screen, runs windows 10, for £80
it can play fumbbl but you would misclick everywhere, without a mouse at least, the screen is too small to be practical
i tried spectating a game on a train journey by making my phone be a wifi hotspot, but it was horribly laggy, which again would make it unplayable
trying to get this game working on a train journey or something just is always going to be horrible, and it'd be really disrespectful to your opponent if you're playing really slow and disconnecting all the time |

Plenty of people have played on trains etc, not everywhere has such almost universally terrible public wi-fi as the UK you know. I've watched movies on the ICE plenty of times. |

I played FUMBBL while cycle-touring 3 years back on a Toshiba tablet that ran windows 10 (I think) and got a mouse cause the touch-screen would cause you to dodge into 3 TZ all the time. |
