Sorry,

I searched the site and could not find out how to clear out games that literally cannot be played.

Matchmaker allowed my SL team to matchup with a non SL team. Because of this, both of our teams are now locked.

Please advise. I currently have two locked teams due to this issue.

Go to 'Help' in the menu then 'support' and submit a ticket explaining your problem and an admin will assist you.

If you don't see the [SL] before a team's name look for the team on his coach's page and check whether it's in Secret League Division.
Some coaches ignore that teams in two different divisions can't play and offer games on Gamefinder, so it's better to check before accepting.
