Hi all, I have a project to do at work but its been so long since I have looked at excel that after 30 minutes I made some tables!!...
Any help would be great.. I need something that parses out weekly assignments to shifts that my people work on.
-3 shifts (days/evenings/nights) doing 2 week intervals
-up to 10 people in each shift
-10 areas that need coverage
-every person on each shift has one primary, one secondary and one tertiary center assigned them that I want evenly distributed throughout the year
-all areas must be covered by at least 2 bodies each week on every shift(See Note*)
*Note - two of the areas are only covered during day shift and only by one person that week.
My math and excel skills have failed lately... Any help would be amazing. |
