Decided to try Chaos, fairly new to the game (Last 6 months learning BB) The state of the team is below:

If you replaced the -MA Chosen you could keep the team.

It's hard not to suffer some injuries with starting teams.
Since Chaos lacks starting skills and you have already a Block and a Blodge Chosen I think keeping the team might be better than starting a new one.

Its my first Chaos team, they've had bad luck with blocking. They really cant do much of anything tbh

Would have bought an apo before replacing the -ma warrior but it likely doesn't matter.

Also would suggest skipping doubles on chaos warriors btw. Block guard or block mb is simply better for chaos than block dodge. And this only gets more marked when you add more skills to him.

retire. Restart the team again in the Box division. Easier to get games after they develop.

Power on, until you can't assemble 900k worth of stuff or you have way too many teams and haven't played them in forever.

Keep on truckin'. All the dice will average out after several games and you can own your record.

This is not what I would suggest to a neophyte of Blood Bowl. Though I would suggest it to an expert BB player approaching to fumbbl.
