Hey,
I finished my Dark Elves team with 25 games, but when I went to box they got selected to a game anyway. What happens when you play in the box after 25 games? Should I not activate the team, so I can finish my Box score?

I suspect you refer to an outside (scripted) competition, right? You can play how many box games you want with your teams, how a score is counted depends on the tournament.

If we're talking ELF, I think only the *Best* is counted, but it been a while since I read that so...

Being part of a meta-group doesn't stop your team from being selected for a match-up.
If you are happy w/ your 25 game run then don't activate them.

Games played after #25 don't count towards your Black Box Trophy score. Activate your remaining 3 (or 2 or 1) teams until they've all reached 25 matches. After that, you can start a new squad with different races... https://fumbbl.com/p/boxtrophy

You can only make a black box trophy squad from teams that have not played games yet. And only using races that haven’t been in an earlier squad yet this season.
