Well, a quick look at Google tells me St Louis was founded by French fur traders and named after a French king. Warhammerifying this

* your Chaos team is from the south west part of Naggarond
* they're from a trading post that was named after a Bretonnian (and probably everyone was then slaughtered by witch elves and rendered down in a cauldron of blood)
* there's a whole bunch of Bretonnian kings called Louis https://whfb.lexicanum.com/wiki/King_of_Bretonnia

So St Louis is already about as Warhammery as it could get. St Louis Damned?
