Hi everyone!
I'm Kosmos9, new user here.
I wanted to request some help for my brother who is having this issue, in case you guys could throw some light on this issue because it's getting really annoying.
The thing is, every now and then, randomly during the game, this happens:
Screen gets stuck at a static frame and the game keeps running in the background (i'd post a screenshot but can't due to not having played a game myself yet.) The only way to fix it is to move the cursor literally all over the game screen as it clears the "stuck" image along the way. We've tried many things to troubleshoot this to no avail. Nothing seems to fix this.
Anyone has any idea how to fix it?? Any help would be highly appreciated!!!

PC: i5, 8gb RAM, WINDOWS 10, java updated, Nvidia gtx 960.
