Hi!

Completely new to this and quite lost.

1. Is it possible for anyone to create a tournament on Fumbbl or do you need some sort of admin rating?

2. Is it possible to allow rosters with Star players? So that they don't show up during inducements, but during roster creation. If so: how?

Yes anyone can create tournaments.

Stars on rosters is not directly supported. You'll need to create a custom ruleset. That could be a bit fiddly.

You can do pretty much anything though.

Unless anyone has any better ideas...
You may need to duplicate the rosters that you want to use. There are ways to speed that up.
Then permanently or temporarily add the stars to the new rosters.

If you want to do it on a team by team basis, you set the max players per position to zero to prevent anyone else taking that star.
