Draft league Europe is a stock team league, in other words, all teams play the same roster type (you will need to manage skills well and outplay your opponents to make headway because this helps level the field of play naturally). It is a human roster with PA3 across all players and no halflings. It is a high TV league which involves chaining synergies or worrying about bloat. It is a draft league which means that you will take turns selecting players with pre generated skills off of a shared excel with other coaches. It is an EU based league meaning that if you are from another region you may need to adhere to the EU timezones to best fit into the league. DLE's level of play is exceptionally high and it does take some time to learn the meta. It is one of the oldest draft leagues on site and based exceptionally close off of the NFL with players named and skilled based on real people in the league.
They need 2 new coaches. First come, first serve and here are the teams below.

An annual title contender that is currently rebuilding. They finished first in the SHC South having had only lost 2 games across a 17 game season. They retain a dedicated OTT specialist and have two very well developed ballcarriers at the passer position. 2 out of 4 blitzers are well developed but absolutely need 2 more blitzers. Block+sneaky git+dirty player lineman can help foul as many turns as possible to degrade the opponent. It will take time but with 4 draft picks you will have 13 skilled players and 3 for the LoS during kickoffs (which will generally happen through the course of a season anyways). It will be a rebuild that will show your merit if they can repeat as division champs but this is a very good start especialy with the OTT specialist and ballcarriers at least handled. You will need some bashers though.

This team can score at will and will always have a puncher's chance in one of the weaker divisions in DLE the Karl Franz Conference West Division. Lamar Jackson is a top 3 quarterback if not the best thrower in DLE. The catcher core is exceptionally fast as a reactive defending core or as outright scorers. The blitzers are also well developed ina league that highly values blitzers. Bel Aliad finished second in KFC West last season. A team wekness may be a lack of ST+ or guard. The Griffins are one of the more fun teams to play as in DLE. |

Nice, the admins will take the process on from here. Now we only need a new coach for the Griffins (the agile team described above) and we will be at a full 32 team roster. |
