Yes, Elves used to be good, now they are overpriced for what they can do in terms of passing.
Right Stuff cancelling Tackle is not an official rule.

there have been a lot of versions. The 3rd edition one was ST6 and didn't have Block. The LRB6 one was as you said. |

Unless he's ST6 I don't see when I'd take him over Varag or Ripper. Unless one of the unrevealed skills is MB+2 I don't think he's a megastar |

Dont understand this.
Elves are still good if player properly. They just arent auto win against all.
They win most NAF tournaments and do good in leagues |
