I find the old page much better and click back to it every time. I don't think this is just because I'm stuck in my ways, but who knows  |

You don't even have to "join" a league/tournament to play in the [L]eague division. You can just use Gamefinder. A Box would be nice.
You can even do it the Old Way 
Someone has even started playing in Ranked.  |

I really really dislike a few things about the new page, but there are some excellent upsides.
To me, the following things are sources of frustration:
1) Lack of logo on the default page. I would be fine with a 360x450 limit, and a limit on the bio to also keep it to 450 pixels would be fine. This is a biggie to me.
2) Lack of cumulative and vs stats.
3) New team stats page is cool but it would be even cooler if it included a box like that of coach stats.
The following things really tickle me:
1) The player purchase interface.
2) The ability to renumber players.
3) The ability to see the icon for a player on the page.
4) Removing player stats from the main roster page (they're still on the Yearbook).
5) Per-game stats for TD and Cas, less math for the reader.
On the balance, I like it, but it definitely comes with an asterisk. |

Cumulative td and cas stats (for and against) and a link to the last match are what I am missing. Not too bad though and the new features outweigh these issues for me. |

Yeah the link to the last match is big for updating bios (team and player) and keeping track of stats the site doesn't. |

A gold dropping feature would be nice to have on a team page. My bash teams tend to hoard more than 300K and I have to manually hire & fire staff to set the Treasury exactly at 290K.
If possible, it would be nice to be able to set it at 295K. |

The old team page will be removed at some point. I can't maintain two team pages at the same time indefinitely.
The major reason the new page is there is because the old page is riddles with "technical debt" and is incredibly hard to work with.
Custom bios and logos aren't disappearing though.
It is, however, being changed so there's a 128 pixel band that is shown by default.
So it takes a little bit of bbcode to make it look pretty:

Totally agree with the original post. The new page lacks character.
and, I too miss the 'total games' stat - but thats not as important as seeing the team bio/logo. |

Even if this is an old thread and the Last Post ist from June, I want to add one thing that is really a game changer from my perspektive:
The new team page 'Matches'. I really Love the possibility to jump to each and every match report directly from the team page.
Maybe I just did not figure out how this works in the old world, but at least to me it is much more intuitive in the new.
It is even that good, that I would love to see a change to the coach page as well. The list of games there shows much more information, but there is no link to the game details. |
