Y'all are forgetting the best thing about the Hobgoblin Sneaky Stabbers.
They can't accidentally random into Shadowing!

they'll still be fine tbh...
yeah the firesmiths lacking block and IHS is stupid, but the team will still be fine. BCs are still amazing!
The worst crime of the new roster is the new hobgoblin position because it's so utterly pointless at that cost! and it means we are stuck with them as they are at least until the new edition drops. |

besides I think that the "shadowing" skill should be done on the speed of the player who has the skill, without taking into consideration the player opposite
example :
9-8 mv 3+
7 mv 4+
6 mv 5+
5/- mv 6+ |

I always thought that a better way to do Shadowing would be to make it 5+, with a +1 on the roll if you have more MA than the moving player.
But yeah, that's a 60k player if I ever saw one. Or even better, it's a 70k player with GA/S access and the current profile plus Side Step or Sneaky Git.
Team as a whole is nerfed significantly but they used to be slightly too good, so I don't think it's a problem. |
