Y does yew humies celebrate Halloween? Frum wot I kan tell itz just a Deliveroo buffet fer pedos, koz of all der walkin yew meks der kiddies do. So wotz it all abowt?

That's why round my parts we have pick-up-truck trick or treat! Bunch O trucks in a well lit, public parking lot, such as a high school or respectable business' lot, & kids go, safely, from truck to truck, w/ their parents, & get their candies! YUP, I'm rural folk. And YUP, times have changed...

Edit: I meant:

How does EVERYONES kids here safely trick ir treat?

And yeah Koadah, that sounds scary enough prank or not!

Younger kids will be with adults. Older ones/teenagers may not be.

We had a couple of girls chased by a man last year. Can't say whether he was a real attacker or a prankster.
If it was a prank, it was a pretty scary one.

There was a time when the evolution of Halloween into its current form would have seemed like a loss of something valuable.

But these days, I don't think it's morally okay to value any aspect of human life or culture.

Halloween surely has devolved as many other things have as well.

I think there are yet things we can morally value JR. Not everything has been hi-jacked...yet. But I get your point surely. It saddens my heart to see what many things have come to atm. Are we evolving or devolving?
