Public Service Announcement:
My mother in-law is visiting.
That's not the actual announcement, but.. I thought her Darth Vader CPAP sleep machine had introduced a new, randomly timed, soft beeping sound into our household.
Turns out, when the Blackbox draw becomes live every 15 minutes, it gives a small *beep-beep*, or maybe a 'doot-doot' sound. So that's what's making your dog's ears perk up and act like you're hiding liver under your key board. A new Blackbox notification.
(new to my ears, anyway)
