conceding the game to win as a bit stupid too.

I haven't come across that one, when & how does that happen?

I asked GW specifically to clarify what the penalties for conceding a game. In the next FAQ, they included 'they immediately lose the game' as a penalty for conceding the game. In the event that someone concedes the game at the start of a drive when they have three or fewer players available to field, they are entitled to 'concede without penalty'.

So RAW, if winning by more than one TD when conceding without penalty, you can win the game.

That how you kill the "Spirit of the game".

Pushing events to win "Titles" like GW seems to be doing lately is a big step in this direction, sadly.
I left the tournaments scene for WFB / AoS / 40K because of all those opponents twisting the rules with no consideration for the game lore / Spirit of the Game.

To each his own. May they enjoy playing their game this way but that's not the same game I want to play.

BB tabletop tournaments scene is still quite exempt of this kind of players (with some exceptions to confirm the rule as always). Maybe because the TT game as an older audience, allowed to buy a drink to the loser of the match to keep the mood up ?
