Iron Hard Skin (IHS)
An opposition player cannot modify an armor roll made against this player. Additionally, claws cannot be used against this player.
So it states Claws can not be used against IHS, guessing the only other modifier to the AV roll would be MB.
But what about fouling a player, what about DP used, can all the assists in a foul still be used.
I have a game coming up soon against CD, so wanted the IHS rule clear in my head, before I start throwing in some boots

Iron Hard Skin ignores all the foul assists' modifiers and Dirty Player modifier on the AV roll.
Dirty Player modifier affects the Injury roll.
Iron Hard Skin ignores Mighty Blow's AV modifier as well, but the Injury roll is affected. |

Yea generally it won’t be worth fouling the blockers
If he has 11-12 players, just hunt the hobs instead |

By the book, IHS won't prevent Fireball adding +1 to armour (but last time I tried it, the client ignored this, same as Animal Savagery , possibly because they're fairly rare edge cases) |

Why? The new wording states "all modifiers to AV rolls"... why is Fire Ball Mighty Blow different? |

might it be that IHS prevents modification to the AV value, but not to the dice roll, or vice-versa? |

So how does iron hard skin interacts with Animal savagery exactly ?
I read somewhere that IHS prevents opposing players to modify the armor roll, with claw, mb, dp, foul assists, etc
Is it the right description of the skill ?
If so, it wouldn't be useful against a failed animal savagery considering it's not an 'opposing' player rolling for the armor break ? |
