@DaCoach: may I suggest you to send all the WIL members a PM, asking them to express their vote and feelings? Imho, it would be more "accurate" than a public anonymous vote. |
Initially waiting to see more opinions, I favour a mix of redraft and tiering caps.
The choice currently is just the two options, if these are settled as the only two choices then i will vote for one of them |

I voted no. If there was an option for redraft with 0 agent fees, I would much prefer that. It allows slower players to accumulate spp without punishment. Also, I'm not against some of the players getting strong and having interesting players to put bounties on. |

Thanks for all the feedback. Consider the poll as more of a tool to get the conversation going. Nothing is ste in stone yet.
@Dynamix, adding gold to tiers would mean redrafting at a higher level. And if we can edit the redraft level per team, we could even do what we do today fairly simple. |

For elves as they're really not cheap, the 1500/1700 cap is better, i got to redraft some of my C elves teams, that was really a slim cure compared to what i could keep from dwarves , zons, undead, any of the low tv tier 0 team. |

I believe that it hurts the rivalry aspect of the league to introduce redraft, because teams willfundamentally change over time. That being said, I also believe that 10k agent fees is the only way to go IF we want to adhere to 2020 rules that badly. I would like to see teams develop as they elevate to the next tier with their caps proportionally being elevated based on their division without agent fees. A tiered division setup is probably less compatible with agent fees long run and even though I would not personaly like it in any league setup it would be better in a non-tiered division league.
Secondly, I prefer that the premiership has teams that have strong players to reflect the budget of most of the teams in the English Premier League being outsized in comparison with the other divisions. |

I am not sure 100% how the redraft thing works as never played in a league that has done it.
As to the cap on TV I think it is good but can be hard for teams in the low league that has just been promoted which has limited skilled players depending on the race, may be the lower leagues tweaked it a little to help.
As to length of games 7 is good, but if extended may be a bonus in some way for home game wins |

As some have already mentioned, 20k agent fee is quite costly, especially for short seasons. Pretty much all of my teams in C went below 1200, which feels a bit too low for many teams to really get going.
So overall I'm not opposed to the idea of a redraft, but I feel like agent fee or/and hard TV cap could be adjusted. |

If the admin would be willing, I'd really just hope that the current league is maintained while they implement redraft in another allegorically British league. Both leagues can coexist, however, redraft is destined to hurt promotion and relegation unless the goal is to defeat the top teams through weight of their agent fees rather than onfield. However, this is just how I view it. |

Voted FOR seasons and redraft.
Not sure the best way to implement, but previous experience suggests we would most likely be best served by following the latest ‘rules’ as far as possible.
I would also add that either option is absolutely fine and whatever the league committee ultimately decides is the right answer! |

''' | I haven't played for a loooong time so feel free to ignore me.
But I really do hate the idea of "playing the 'latest' rules no matter how terrible".
But you can keep the tiers and tweak the seasons parameters to suit the league.
It would be a bit more work for the admins though. |

I know... I've crippled it a bit more!
Personally I've noticed the hard TV cap worked ok and I share the fear that agent fees would be too harsh on slow teams like lizzies, nurgles and other teams that were intended to have a slow build and to be played in perpetual leagues.
I voted accordingly.

Great feedback - keep it coming.
Reflecting over when we were on the brink of bb2020, where there was no doubt to follow suit, I acknowledge this is different: we already have seasons and mechanics to allow both new teams to enter the league, and keeping developed teams in check, without one bad season sending them so much back they can't bounce back. |
