In one of our League games (https://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&id=4609218) in turn 1 second half a nurgle pestigor rolls skull rr skull against the Vargheist and kills itself no regeneration.
At the end of the game the Vampire coach didn't get the free thrall. Why? Isn't a cas supposed to cause a thrall to be raised at the end of the game? And a skull rr skull is definitely a cas scored by the Vargheist (it even gives him spps).
Is this a bug or there's something in the rules I am missing? |

It is because the Pestigor has regen. You can't raise a thrall from a player that has regen. |

STR3 or less, and without regen or stunty
Actually I can't find the rule directly from GW, and a different site says STR4 or less
Regardless, it doesn't seem to matter how the player dies. So they could chainsaw themselves, for example and you still get a thrall
Because thralls themselves fit the qualifications, vamp teams can steal thralls off each other, potentially indefinitely |

I checked as well: a player on the opposing team with a Strength characteristic of 4 or less and that does not have the Regeneration or Stunty traits. |
