Applications are now open for this year's Fumbbl Cup! This is a really special thing we do here annually and I have decided to make it a little more special this year by starting a fundraiser to help encourage participation.
For every coach that enters above last year's total, I am going to donate one dollar to Fumbbl. Last year there were 256 entries, so 257 entries this year would mean $1, 356 entries would mean $100, etc.
For some perspective on how achievable a goal of over 256 is, note that 1263 people have played at least one game on Fumbbl in the last 30 days. If even half the people that at least semi-regularly play here enter, we could more than double last year's number!
All R and B teams are welcome and in just a few hours of applications being open we already have everything from 3000TV all they way down to little rookie level halflings. If you are worried that you don't have anything competitive, just enter anything you have to help the site and have some fun. Hell, make a rookie team you are going to retire right after the tournament if you don't want to damage one of you own. You can literally give back to this community by doing nothing other than playing a game (or if you do well a few games  ) of Blood Bowl! This should not be too much to ask of anyone so I expect the turnout to be really great.
There are a few other coaches who have generously offered to join me in donating based on participation, so I thought I would open this thread to keep a record of all that in one place. If you want to pledge to give money, here is the place. If you want to pledge to just enter and play, that's great also.

How did we do in the end?
If we didn't hit target, then I'm okay to make a new goal.
I'll donate 5 euros for each confirmed dead legend and 2 euros for each dead nurgle/chaos warrior, chdorf or bull in this year's fumbbl cup. All in the name of blood... bowl.
