You're probably aware that Oracle Java discontinued java web start in version 9, which means you can't run *.jnlp-files if you use the newest Oracle java.

Now (I just found it), you can install Openwebstart, and play Fumbbl with the latest Oracle java!

It runs on Linux, Mac and Windows.

I've got java 17 ant it doesn't work. Any solutions, please?

The officially supported java runtime is the latest one available from java.com (version 8 update 311 as I write this).
